Stumbled across this lovely quirky homely pub whilst in the area, only popped in for a snack but ended up have 2 course meal.Food was fresh and just delicious, healthy sized portions too you wouldn’t leave hungry.Staff very welcoming. Would certainly recommend and we will definitely be back

Had a very good meal this evening, great to be supporting the pub on its re-opening after C-19 lockdown. Lasagne, burger and fish & chips for mains and apple crumble, Eton mess and chocolate brownie for dessert. All enjoyed x

Lovely place for lunch or dinner. The mixed grill and lasagne were well seasoned and delicious. Good size portions and great service, spacious car park. Can highly recommend the crème brûlée!!

Drove past whilst I was away in Devon, I didn’t have high hopes as it was in the middle of a country lane. However, I was gladly mistaken. I could not recommend enough, and I will happily return here without question. The staff were amazing and incredibly friendly to myself and to my dog. The nicest pint of San Miguel I have had, and what makes it better is the friendly face I was served with. The food was incredibly tasty and the portion sizes were fantastic for the prize. Although I was 200 miles away, this place really made me feel like I was home.
