We went for a birthday Sunday lunch. Absolutely 5 stars! The food was tasty, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. Will definitely be returning.

The land lady was very friendly and happened to be from where we live. The food was simple, honest, hearty food at a reasonable price. We were blessed to be in there on a day that a local folk band were in practicing and they were a fabulous addition to our evening.

Eventually managed to visit for Sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Amazing home cooked food and fantastic friendly service. Will definitely be back.

We popped into the pub on Saturday to be greeted by very friendly staff, a lovely selection of food on offer and some nice ales.We ordered the home made Lasagne and my daughter had a vegan dish and they were all delicious.If you are looking for a traditional pub, with great food and atmosphere, I would recommend the Lymington Arms.

Lovely little pub in the middle of nowhere. Lucky to happen across a car meet on the same night.Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Even chatted with a local or two. Will definitely go back. 5*
